Well, Senator Joseph Biden has declared his candidacy for the 2008 Presidency. He’s also managed to ruin any chance he had before he even got out of the gate. Take a look at this article (via Drudge) where Biden gives his thoughts on why Obama won’t be elected but why his candidacy is a “storybook”.
Mr. Biden is equally skeptical—albeit in a slightly more backhanded way—about Mr. Obama. “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy,” he said. “I mean, that’s a storybook, man.” But—and the “but” was clearly inevitable—he doubts whether American voters are going to elect “a one-term, a guy who has served for four years in the Senate,” and added: “I don’t recall hearing a word from Barack about a plan or a tactic.”
Wow. Didn’t we just celebrate MLK, Jr. Day? Now, if you still doubt the Main Stream Media has a bias, watch the way this is handled…then think back to Trent Lott’s tar-and-feathering and compare the two.
